Job Description: Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner and providing them with porter services between the Hospital Reception, the Doctors’ suites, Emergency Department and various Units/Wards within the hospital. Job Responsibilities: Attend to all patients and customers’ needs in a professional manner. Assist patients to accurately complete appropriate forms and documents, where required. Transfer of documents, medication, etc between hospital departments. Maintain patient confidentiality, in all daily duties. Transfer of patients in the hospital. Deliver a customer-focused admissions experience in as efficient a manner as possible. Provide information to patients on all aspects of bookings and admissions as per Clinix standards. Job Requirements: Matric Pass. Qualification & Experience: 1 year experience as a Porter. Preferable experience in a private hospital.
