Job Description: The BDUK Programme team are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team to drive change and support process improvements across the organisation. Job Responsibilities: Drafting and presentation of requirements both technical and process driven Assist with creation and maintenance of product performance reports Planning of timeboxed activities together with PMO colleagues Mapping and maintaining changes to product procedures and processes Drive specific changes and developments, as agreed with Lead BA/Product Manager Assist with risk heat mapping across products Working with Lead Business Analyst & Product Managers to i) drive digital changes, and/or; ii) compose write ups and descriptions required by functional teams (manual workarounds where required) Support digital product ownership on applications specific to products / functions, ie. represent the business product in daily standups Support management and collation of detailed product information, KPIs and reviews Support in management of end to end flow documentation and details Job Requirements: Stakeholder engagement and communications skills Experience of business analysis; including technology to enable business delivery Experience in process mapping and procedure documentation and of user-centred design, technology and data perspectives Well organised with an ability to flex according to changes in priorities or requirements Experience in defining requirements and prioritising according to business need / objectives Experience in supporting delivery of at pace of technology, business mapping and associated improvement activity Job Details: Company: Civil Service Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Belfast, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
