Job Description:
Working across different departments of the hotel you will get an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry while we support your personal training and development. As part of the Trainee Manager role, we will offer you a personalised training programme along with a nationally recognised level hospitality 3 qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working across all departments in the hotel to gain a strong working knowledge of the business operation. This will include Front of House,
- Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc.
- Working to drive and develop excellent guest experience across the hotel
- Working to manage and support team members to ensure that everyone has a great experience at work
- Working with the hotel leadership team to deliver business goals
- Acting as a role model for the team and lead by example at all times
- Working to impact the guest experience delivered by the team members
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Someone who has hospitality or customer facing experience they can bring to the role
- Enthusiastic , adaptable and can show you are ready for the next challenge in your career
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet business needs
- To be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to put our guests at the heart of everything we do
- Someone who want to learn all departments and fully understand the hotel operation
Qualification & Experience:
- 12 months of work experience in either hospitality or a customer facing environment
