Job Description:

Working across different departments of the hotel you will get an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry while we support your personal training and development. As part of the Trainee Manager role, we will offer you a personalised training programme along with a nationally recognised level hospitality 3 qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working across all departments in the hotel to gain a strong working knowledge of the business operation. This will include Front of House,
  • Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc.
  • Working to drive and develop excellent guest experience across the hotel
  • Working to manage and support team members to ensure that everyone has a great experience at work
  • Working with the hotel leadership team to deliver business goals
  • Acting as a role model for the team and lead by example at all times
  • Working to impact the guest experience delivered by the team members

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Someone who has hospitality or customer facing experience they can bring to the role
  • Enthusiastic , adaptable and can show you are ready for the next challenge in your career
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet business needs
  • To be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to put our guests at the heart of everything we do
  • Someone who want to learn all departments and fully understand the hotel operation

Qualification & Experience:

  • 12 months of work experience in either hospitality or a customer facing environment
