Job Description: Capitec’s internal design studio is looking for a highly talented Visual Communication Designer passionate about creating highly intuitive, beautifully crafted marketing campaigns across multiple brand touchpoints to join our studio and help shape our much-loved brand. Our in-house design studio, which acts as an internal agency, comprises an audio-visual and design hub and is instrumental in this exciting brand’s look and feel. Working closely with Business Development and Digital Experience departments also ensures that briefs are varied and challenging. Job Responsibilities: Analysing Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations Coping with Pressures and Setbacks Creating and Innovating Adapting and Responding to Change Job Requirements: Clear criminal and credit record A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required Qualification & Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification in Design Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational An online portfolio showcasing your current/latest work. Please provide a link in your application At least 5 years’ experience in an agency/studio environment working on multiple accounts/brands and disciplines.
