Data is at the heart of Aladdin and increasingly the ability to consume, store, analyze and gain insight from data has become a key component of what differentiates us. BlackRock Data & AI team is focused on evolving our platform to deliver exponential scale to the firm, powering the future growth of Aladdin. The Data & AI Business Relationship Management team, within our TES COO function, is responsible for coordinating and alignment of all activities related to budget and resource planning, employee development, connectivity, and management reporting on strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and Coordinate employee development programs and ensure outcomes are delivered
  • Develop, establish and run people manager forums
  • Coordinate internal discussions around DEI mission
  • Identify opportunities to retain and upskill talent
  • Establish an internal Employee Resource Hub
  • Partner with TES Business Management team to handle all activities related to resource planning, hiring and onboarding
  • Oversee Consultant allocations, utilization and mapping to each technology program & squats
  • Review and enhance our talent acquisition strategy
  • Implement and broadcast recruiting and employee metrics and measures
  • Develop and coordinate onboarding programs and training materials
  • Review the existing onboarding materials and implement an adequate model

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-10 years’ experience in Business management, Business Relationship Management, or Human Resources
  • Strong at developing and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to define and align with the organization’s business and strategic objectives
  • Shown ability to establish and lead talent development programs
  • Experience with handling talent acquisition, onboarding and management
  • Experience with developing performance management models and reports
  • Experience with developing employee learning and upskilling content and materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with information technology and digital channels of communication
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote)
