Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Parts related administration i.e. generation of pick list and quotations
- Provide standby after-hours services
- Maintain & expedite customer back orders and feedback to customers
- Work overtime as and when required
- Assist team members & supervisor as and when required
- Filing of all parts sales related documents and customer orders
- Perform parts telesales & counter sales
- Sell across the range Bell parts
- Follow up on quotes created to generate revenue
- Strive to meet sales targets & budgets
- Stocktake and maintenance as and when required
- Attend to customer and debtor queries without delays
- General house keeping
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- Good telephonic skills
- Knowledge of AS400 and SAP
- Good general knowledge on earthmoving parts
- Valid code 8 driver’s license
- Good command of English language both written and oral
- Good computer operating skills
- Applicants must be well presented with excellent manners
- Good customer relations
