ASDA Careers – Technical Analyst

Job Description:

Asda are recruiting for an Operations Technical Analyst to be based in Asda House in Leeds. You’ll be responsible for first and second line support of IT infrastructure hardware and systems and you’ll also have the opportunity to partake in various technical and service improvement projects.

We are looking or an individual with a good background in first and second line support along with previous experience of Windows, Active Directory and some basic Networking skills.

We are fully committed to ensure that you receive all the relevant training to develop you further including external Windows 10 training if required.

You’ll provide 1st, and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service. You’ll work with all levels of the business and support the use of technology during meetings, conferences and announcements.

Job Requirements:

You’ll need a background in 1st and 2nd line support along with previous experience in Windows, Active Directory and basic Networking experience. The following is highly desirable: SCCM, ServiceNow, Group Policies, Mobile Device Management, Windows 10, Imaging and Deployment.
