Job Description:
The consultant will propose the best approach to establish generic job profiles for all existing roles at Anova, however it is expected that the consultant will consult with line management to get an understanding of KPAs for jobs that are similar, and with the HR leadership team to align the rest of the job titles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop generic job profiles for existing roles in Anova
- Meet with line management to get an understanding of key performance areas (KPAs), group roles that are similar, develop generic job profiles and align job titles where necessary
- Gather and classify job profiles and titles by job families and departments, structure them consistently with key performance areas, minimum qualifications and work experience and skills required
Job Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Patterson grades
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Proficient writing skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to build relationships and network across different levels of seniority through effective communication
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Organisation Design, Remuneration and Reward or equivalent years of experience in job profiling, grading.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or related discipline (relevant significant work expereience will be considered)
- Experience working in the health or NGO sector would be highly advantageous
