Job Description:

The AWS Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is a transformative HR model with the goal to improve Builder experience through implementation of process standardization, task centralization and product automation. BeXT provides dedicated HR resources, aligned to AWS Businesses and regions, to provide personalized support and subject matter expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing various metrics related to attrition, training & onboarding experience, performance, and engagement to improve BeXT satisfaction
  • Creating and maintaining all training and knowledge center content for BeXT globally
  • Developing quality assurance processes for BeXT global processes including Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Relations
  • Computing and analyzing quality data to implement training projects to improve quality of BeXT
  • Implement technology to accomplish these tasks through automation, allowing the team to scale
  • Coordinating the new hire learning experience with cross-functional teams
  • Implementing process certification programs for BeXT globally

Job Requirements:

  • An unfailing passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our employees/customers.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Adult Learning, Training & Development or a related field
  • Well versed in adult learning theory and able to evaluate learning effectiveness and impact.
  • Experience in the digital advertising space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate varied stakeholders around a compelling vision.
  • Ability to define, manage, and prioritize your own work, juggling multiple projects, possibly with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience serving diverse audiences in global organizations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling training programs within global organizations
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems
  • Broad understanding of HR generalist work and/or experience as an HR generalist
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs
