Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to businesses with regards to Training plans and WSP’s
- Ensure the Group remains compliant with Skills Development Legislation
- Facilitate a BBBEE Forum to improve BU strategies for Skills Development
- Project management of all Management Development Programmes: FMDP, MMDP and SMDP
- Ensure accuracy of LMS Administration, all course creation, eLearning content upload and data integrity
- Group Programme management of Employee Study Assistance (ESA), Employee Dependent Bursary Scheme (EDBS) and External Bursary Scheme (EBS)
- Accountable for full SDF Administration for AECI Limited
- Accountable for accreditation of workplaces
- Accountable for Programme management of Learnerships and Apprenticeships
- Accountable for Programme registration and DG Refunds
- Responsible for the liaison with the SETA/CHIETA
- To manage and report on the AECI Skills Levy and grants received process and optimise the opportunity to receive maximum grants allowable back from the SETA’s and CHIETA’s

Qualification & Experience:
- Matric
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Humanities or equivalent
- Qualified Skills Development Facilitator
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience within Learning & Development or other related field.
- Must have 5- 8 years’ experience in Skills Development, preferably within the mining, chemical or related industries
- Must have working experience on learning management systems.
- Knowledge of training plans and workplace skills plans
- Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to area of work
- International experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of administration processes with regards to Skills Development, course accreditation and DG Refunds
