Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Process Engineer to join our Supply Chain team on a permanent basis. This position will be based at our Support Centre in Kuilsriver and will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and implement Supply Chain initiatives to support Strategic outcomes
• Review and update Supplier manuals
• Publish and Brandfile Supplier Scorecard
• DC Operational processes
• Inbound Planning
• Cross-docks
• Analysis of stakeholder compliance in relation to suppliers, inbound balancing and outbound Supply Chain
• Develop and table transport budget and monitor for deviations
• Report eriting and development

Job Requirements:

• Project management Life Cycle (DMAIC or similar)
• SCOR or similar supply chain standardisation
• Continuous improvement (Benchmarking, 5S, 6 Sigma etc.)
• Financial techniques and modelling
• Developing Project proposals and solutions
• Supply Chain management – Inbound and Outbound logistics, Warehousing and Distribution
• Method and time studies
• Change management
• Knowledge of modelling systems, ERP systems, planning systems and general process modelling techniques
• Thorough knowledge of the working of WMS systems
