Job Description:
As part of the Americas HR Operations at Dyson you will be supporting our US, Canada and Mexico markets on the delivery of the HR processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for policy and process queries from the business
- Creation (and changes to) terms and conditions letters and contracts
- Maintaining employee information and records in People systems (HRIS, Payroll, etc.)
- Verification of People system updates (Workday & ADP)
- End-to-end transactional HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers
- Analyze audit reports and perform data validation using excel
- Review of documentation (including any relevant calculations) generated by the HR Administrators and providing feedback to ensure accuracy
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Sound decision making skills utilizing information and knowledge of HR systems and processes
- High School diploma or GED required
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
- 4+ years of experience working in an HR role managing, coordinating and administering HR policies and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to support and influence HR administrations whilst continuing with hands on Administration workloads
- Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and willing to be flexible to reach deadlines
