Job Description:
Store Advisor is a product specialist. He provides courteous and professional service to all clients, while using and honing his artistic skills. He applies makeup as needed, suggests possible rituals and adds complementary products and tools to the customer’s basket.
Job Responsibilities:
- Some designated advisors will also receive training to perform the duties of checkout hosts.
- Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisor (s), assistant manager (s) or store manager
- Determine the customer’s needs and offer them the right products by listening to them and using the knowledge acquired during brand training as well as in-store color technologies
- Encourage customers to try products by offering personalized makeup consultations and taking advantage of product application to educate them

- Enforce sample policies and procedures
