Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out the academic performance management activities for employees and trainees studying Academic Programs at local universities to ensure the maintenance of academic performance standards.
• Recruit qualified Nationals and coordinate arrangements for their devetopment through Academic Programs provided by local universities.
• Leading to the active participation of Qataris in the Energy and lndustry sector workforce.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Post graduate qualification in Education is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• Computer literate
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in education including at least 2 years in supervisory position.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
