Job Description:

You are a key member of Cartier North America’s Learning & Transformation Team (L&T). This position supports all boutique and Retail Partner (authorized dealer) learning initiatives in the West Region ( excluding California). You will implement a blended-learning strategy using a range of training methodologies and coaching skills to foster a learning culture within the West Region. This includes the scheduling, facilitation, and measurement of both in-person and virtual training on topics such as client development, client experience, interviewing skills, product, and hospitality/selling skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of the new hire onboarding journey, Mon Voyage Cartier , throughout the region in strong partnership with boutique leadership. As a part of this client-centric team, which is focused on Cartier employee development throughout the talent lifecycle, you will work cross-functionally with various levels of leadership, as well as a variety of subject matter experts within the organization, to identify learning needs, then propose and implement solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess engagement and monitor completion of monthly Learning Moments and e-Learning modules within the West Region in partnership with the Boutique Learning Ambassadors (BLAs)
  • Animate Cartier’s new hire onboarding program, Mon Voyage Cartier , in the West Region. Audit results & address shortfalls
  • Support the delivery of targeted watch training events for our retail partners (authorized dealers) in collaboration with the Regional Retail Partner Manager and the Cartier Brand Ambassador (CBA)
  • Partner with the instructional design team to perform gap analyses and needs assessments within the West Region
  • Draft, present, and implement the annual West Region Training Action Plan in support of region- and network-wide business priorities
  • Integrate the department learning measurement strategy (the Kirkpatrick Model) in all training activations. Foster open communication by sharing results, addressing shortfalls, and course correct the training approach when needed
  • Deliver and measure effectiveness of all self-created micro-trainings based on specific needs within the West Region for both boutique and Retail Partner team members
  • Attend all train-the-trainer sessions and plan for the launch of new, network-wide learning curriculum
  • Coordinate and create store visit strategy in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), boutique leadership, and Retail Partner Regional Manager
  • Create a dynamic learning environment when delivering core training content (product, selling skills, client development, and others); Engage participants & check for understanding

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt interpersonal communication style to a diverse team of internal, global business partners
  • Demonstrated Learning & Development success in a high profile, customer-centric, luxury retail environment (or related luxury field) that includes UHNW clients, and high sales targets
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
  • Ability to create strong relationships, build trust, and establish credibility with individual contributors, HRBPs, and all levels of Leadership
  • Background in coaching individual contributors and leadership within a luxury retail environment (or related luxury field) with an emphasis on selling skills, client development, and business and team development
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to accommodate 50%-80% Travel (depending on home base location)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience in virtual and in-person facilitation of both large- and small-scale training events
  • 4 years progressive experience in Learning & Development
