Job Description:
Our HR Operations team is looking for a trustworthy, innovative, and passionate Business Partner to collaborate with the Area Operations team in the Cape Town region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Area Operational Leaders, Store Leaders and Teams to effectively implement innovative HR Solutions and ensure the achievement of goals in line with the Company strategy
- Keep abreast of trends, legislation aimed at managing organisational change, engaging employees, increase organisational effectiveness and best practices within the HR industry to optimize service
- Workforce planning and capacity building
- Partner with HRBP’s in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HR solutions, while integrating and sharing best
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Assess HR service delivery by maintaining regular interactions with busin ess
- Create and execute Human Resource operational plan and solutions to ensure that all HR services are delivered within agreed upon timelines, set
- Collaborate with the Leaders and Teams to influence the execution of Employment Equity plans and monitor the progress of the plan through ta lent management and recruitment
- Actively enabling and ensuring a learning and development culture
- Act as a change agent by providing support to implement changes within the
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions and acting as a trust ed
- Talent Management including recruitment, selection, performance management and succession planning
- Implement sound employee and industrial relations practices and support the resolution of employee relations
- Support and participate in the execution of HR projects and intervention
- Effectively and accurately perform and control HR administrative functions as weft as adhere to payroll and employee benefits processes in line with agreed quality standards and
- Participate and contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationship s, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional customer service as well as that guides and directs best practice of continuous learning, improvement and cohesiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage and resolve problems and conflict

Qualification & Experience:
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a similar HR role is required
- Preference will be given to candidates with HR experience within a Fashion Retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
