Job Description:

Execute and audit the processing of Employee Data and Benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that processes and practices are implemented to build capacity, manage resource diversity and adherence to the Sasol values to create a high-performance work environment.
  • Audit activities and maintain health checks, execute all processes and execute controls.
  • Ensure compliance policies, conditions of service and wage negotiations. Support internal and external auditors.
  • Execute processes according to SLC and service offering catalogue. Ensure speedy resolution of queries and requests.
  • Manage the process interaction between Processing centre and Business Enablement Centre/ Customer Centre/Payroll Centre/ Recruitment/ Payroll and Benefit Centre and Institutions/ Organisation Structure Centre and Employees.
  • Execute on enrolments, promotions, transfers, internal appointments, secondments, separations, document management, organisational structures, study aid, long service awards, employee data changes, leave management, medical aid and retirement funds administration, housing loans, funeral benefits, annual increases, processing of merit assessments.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ relevant years

Qualification & Experience:

  • University Bachelor’s Degree
